By engaging our design services or using our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Our offerings span interior design for residences, commercial outlets, modular kitchens, landscaping, civil work, factory setup licensing, and more, as outlined in your project proposal. Civil, electrical, or structural tasks are done by licensed contractors; we can coordinate them under your consent.
3. Client Responsibilities
You’ll need to share accurate information, allow site access, confirm approvals, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are quoted per project, payable in installments linked to defined milestones. Payment details are in your tailored proposal.
5. Revisions & Change Requests
Minor revisions (within scope) are included. Major changes may incur additional charges based on time and materials.
6. Project Delays
We aren’t liable for delays caused by clients, third‑party actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Cancellation
Both parties can cancel with written notice. You pay for the portion completed to date, as per your proposal.
8. Intellectual Property
All design work remains our property until full payment. Once paid, you get usage rights for your space; we retain rights to display project images online and on social media.
9. Liability & Indemnity
We aren’t responsible for third‑party contractor errors or misuse of designs. You agree to hold us harmless from related claims .
10. Confidentiality
We will keep all project and personal information confidential.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be resolved under Pune jurisdiction.
